Kyushu University’s individual faculties establish agreements with overseas universities that share similar academic specializations. These faculty-level exchange programs allow students to study at partner institutions for one semester to one year based on faculty-level student exchange agreements.
Faculty-level exchanges are only available to students enrolled in the participating school or graduate school. Available partner universities vary by faculty, so please check the “List of University-Level and Faculty-Level Exchange Partners” for details.
Students maintain their enrollment status at Kyushu University during the exchange period. If students continue paying tuition to Kyushu University, they will be exempt from tuition fees at the host university. Credits earned abroad can be transferred to Kyushu University upon return, subject to approval from their school or graduate school.
