The Japan Human Resources Development Center in Mongolia (hereinafter referred to as the “Japan Center”), with the support of JICA and the Japan Foundation, serves as a comprehensive hub for disseminating information about Japan in Mongolia. The Center organizes various Japan-related events for the Mongolian public, including business seminars, Japanese language education, introductions to Japanese culture, and information sessions on studying in Japan. The Japan Center also operates an internship program for Japanese university students, designed to provide work experience for those who aspire to play an active role in the global community. The work experience program at the Japan Center provides interns with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of international cooperation and foster global perspectives through cross-cultural experiences. Furthermore, as five Japanese experts are dispatched to the Japan Center by JICA and the Japan Foundation, and the majority of Mongolian staff conduct their work in Japanese, interns can gain work experience entirely in Japanese.
