Based on the internal selection, one (1) outstanding candidate may receive full financial support from Kyushu University for round-trip airfare between Japan and Ecuador. |

Kyushu University invites PhD students to apply for the APRU FELLI Research Intensive Field Course 2026, an international, field based intensive program organized by the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU).
Set in Ecuador’s diverse forest ecosystems—including the Amazon, cloud forests, and highland páramo—this course focuses on research design for international, interdisciplinary, and collaborative research through immersive, real world field experience.
