ELEP is a program focused on “improving English proficiency” and “cultivating entrepreneurship.” In addition to English training, participants attend lectures by entrepreneurs and venture capitalists and take part in field trips, with the aim of gaining an understanding of the mechanisms—such as the ecosystem—that enable innovation to continue to flourish in Silicon Valley.
