Eligibility
Academic Credit Credits earned at the host university can be applied toward your degree at Kyushu University upon review and approval by your school/graduate school after returning.

1st round: Annually from July to November (subject to change)
2nd round: Around March–May of the following year (subject to change)

Under university-level exchange agreements, Kyushu University offers opportunities to study at partner institutions worldwide for periods ranging from one semester to one year. With partnerships established with numerous top-ranked global universities, these exchange programs are open to all Kyushu University undergraduate and graduate students.
During the exchange period, students maintain their enrollment status at Kyushu University. If students continue paying tuition to Kyushu University, they will be exempt from tuition fees at the host university. Credits earned at the host university can be transferred to Kyushu University upon return, subject to approval from their school or graduate school.

First, check the list of universities eligible for the University-wide Exchange Program ( https://www.isc.kyushu-u.ac.jp/intlweb/agreeview/agree-list3.php ) and review the basic information, required documents, and information sheets of your preferred host university.
Please note that recruitment may be suspended even for universities listed. For the latest recruitment status, refer to the Kyushu University partner university website and contact the International Affairs Department (Study Abroad Section).
After confirming the above, apply for the on-campus selection following the application guidelines via the designated form.
