At Kyushu University, all students are required to submit an “Overseas Travel Notification” before traveling outside Japan.
Starting with travel from April 1, 2026, the application process will be unified across the entire university and switched to an online system (Microsoft Forms).
For risk management and safety reasons, you must submit this notification before traveling abroad, regardless of the purpose of your trip.
Please be sure to submit the application even when traveling for personal reasons or when making a temporary return to your home country.
