He later became Vice-Chancellor of the University of Leeds, serving for over a decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>Edward Boyle Memorial Trust<\/strong>&nbsp;supports the advancement of education, learning, and music.
